CENTRELINK CHILDCARE BENEFIT AND REBATE (CCB & CCR)

Many families don’t realise that they are eligible for Child Care Benefits and/or the 50% Child Care Tax Rebate.
The Child Care Rebate is for working parents, but is not means tested. You could very well be missing out on this extra assistance with your childcare fees.
Please apply by calling the Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50, then simply provide us with you Customer Reference Number (CRN), Date of Birth (DOB) and your child’s CRN and DOB.

Registering and logging in to the QikKids My Family Lounge is as easy as 1-2-3!

Step 1. To Register please click on the Register Button above. You will be taken through a registration process to create your My Family Lounge Account. Families who already have an account please skip to Step 2.

Step 2. Once registered, please log in to your My Family Lounge account and tell us about yourself, your child and what bookings/days you are looking for so that we can help you out.

Step 3. If you have requested a permanent booking, we will contact you within 48 hours to advise you whether we have a spot available for your child. If we are able to offer your child a spot in our service, we will send you an offer email, ask you to accept the offer and then direct you to complete the Enrolment form via the My Family Lounge Portal.
