Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) was formulated to help make early learning and childcare more accessible for a large number of Australian families by assisting families with the costs of childcare.
To access the Child Care Subsidy, families are required to register with the Family Assistance Office and then confirm their childcare bookings through MyGov. Once set up, the Child Care Subsidy will be directly paid to the childcare provider (us) and we then subtract that amount from your fees, so that you are only paying the gap. We are here to support and guide families through this process and to help you make the most of CCS.
For more information on the Child Care Subsidy, please don’t hesitate to speak with us or refer to the Services Australia website.
Early Years Learning Framework
About Child Care’s ACE Early Learning Centre has strategically planned our learning program to implement the Early Years Learning Framework.
Belonging, Being and Becoming – The Early Years Learning Framework describes the principles, practices and outcomes that support and enhance young children’s learning from birth to five years of age, as well as their transition to school.
The Framework is a key component of the Australian Government’s National Quality Framework for early childhood education and care.
Families looking for more information on the Framework can use the Belonging, Being and Becoming – The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia – Information for Families guide, which you can download directly from our website by clicking on the button below.
If you have any questions about how we use this Framework in our centre, please do not hesitate to contact us.
National Quality Framework and Standards
The National Quality Standard (NQS) is a key aspect of the National Quality Framework and sets a national benchmark for early childhood education and care, and outside school hours care services in Australia.
As the NQF progresses, every service in the country will be assessed to make sure it meets the new quality standard for childcare in Australia.
There are 158 elements of the National Quality Standards, in 7 Key Areas that services are required to meet.
Learn More about the National Quality Framework and Standards by visiting the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) website.
ACE Early Learning Centre was assessed in August 2015 under the National Quality Standards. Below is an overview of the 7 key areas of our centre’s assessment and we are incredibly proud of our overall rating of Meeting National Quality Standard.
