Enrol your child through My Family Lounge

Enrolment Instructions

Step 1

To Register please click on the Register Button above

You will be taken through a registration process to create your My Family Lounge Account

Families who already have an account please skip to Step 2

Step 2

Once registered, please log in to your My Family Lounge account.

Then tell us about yourself, your child and what bookings/days you are looking for so that we can help you out.

Step 3

If you have requested a permanent booking, we will contact you within 48 hours to advise you whether we have a spot available for your child.

If we are able to offer your child a spot in our service, we will send you an offer email, ask you to accept the offer and then direct you to complete the Enrolment form via the My Family Lounge Portal.

Navigating My Family Lounge

QK Enrol

Here you can request a change in your permanent booking and request casual days. You can also update your own details such as phone and email and add or remove emergency contacts.

QK Journey

Here you can view your child’s portfolio online. This includes individual and group observations, daily routines, spontaneous activities throughout the day and photos of your child!

New families that Register will receive an email from us as soon as your request for a placement is accepted, and then all you need to do is log back in to My Family Lounge, through either our website or the app on your phone, and view the offer of placement.

You are then able to accept the offer, decline the offer or decline the offer and change booking days for us to review. Once an offer has been accepted, you can continue on through the My Family Lounge Dashboard to complete your Enrolment Form.

If your child is already enrolled and attending one of our services, you will receive an email shortly with details on how to access My Family Lounge through our website or download the app for free through the store on your mobile device.

Centerlink Childcare Benefit and Rebate

CENTRELINK CHILDCARE BENEFIT AND REBATE (CCB & CCR)

Many families don’t realise that they are eligible for Child Care Benefits and/or the 50% Child Care Tax Rebate.

The Child Care Rebate is for working parents, but is not means tested. You could very well be missing out on this extra assistance with your childcare fees.

Please apply by calling the Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50, then simply provide us with you Customer Reference Number (CRN), Date of Birth (DOB) and your child’s CRN and DOB.
